Frequently asked questions
Is this rate card generator free?
Yes. It runs in your browser, needs no signup or email, and you can copy the card as text or save it as a PDF as many times as you like.
What's the difference between a UGC rate card and an influencer rate card?
An influencer rate card prices content posted to your own audience: a Reel, a Story, a TikTok video. A UGC rate card prices content made for the brand to use, raw files handed over, nothing posted on your own channels. Switch the tab above to load the right defaults for each.
How much should I charge per deliverable?
This tool organizes your pricing, it doesn't set it. For a starting number based on your views and a published CPM range, use the free influencer rate calculator.
What is "usage rights" and why does it cost extra?
Usage rights let the brand run your content as a paid ad or repost it outside your own feed. It's a separate permission from posting, and it's priced separately. A published working range puts the add-on at +30% to +100% of the post fee. Source: Influencer gifting vs paid sponsorships, updated 25 May 2026.
What is whitelisting or Spark Ads, and should I charge for it?
Whitelisting (Meta) and Spark Ads (TikTok) let the brand boost your post from your own account using their ad budget, so it carries your handle. It's a form of usage rights, and most creators price it as an add-on rather than including it for free.
Should I offer raw, unedited footage?
Only if you're comfortable with it, and only as a paid add-on. Handing over source files means the brand can re-edit or reuse the content in ways you can't review first, which is worth more than a finished post.
When should I charge a rush fee?
When a brand asks for a turnaround faster than your normal schedule, for example 48 hours instead of your usual week or two. It compensates for reprioritizing other work, not for the content itself.
Should I bundle deliverables at a discount?
Many creators do, for example three Reels at a lower per-post rate than one. Add your bundle as a line in the Bundles field. This tool won't invent a discount percentage for you, since that number should reflect your own costs and availability.
Can I save this as a PDF to send to a brand?
Yes. Click Save as PDF and use your browser's print dialog to save it, or click Copy as text to paste it directly into an email or DM.
Does this tool store or upload my rates anywhere?
No. Everything stays in this browser tab. Nothing is saved to a server, and refreshing the page clears it, so copy or save before you navigate away.
