We don't invent benchmarks. Every rate range on this page is dated and linked. If a source doesn't give a number for something, like Reel or Story rates for micro and mid-tier accounts, we leave it blank instead of guessing.

Conversion rate, average order value and any commission rate you type over the default are your own assumptions, not sourced figures. They're labelled “Assumption” in the calculator so the two kinds of number never blur together.
TikTok's Creator Rewards Program pays creators directly, based on qualified views on original videos over a minute long. TikTok has published the eligibility rules, but it has never published a payout rate. Every third-party estimate we found today disagreed: figures ranged from about $0.02 to $1.50 or more per 1,000 qualified views, depending on the source, and most of those figures come from a handful of self-reported creator screenshots, not TikTok itself. Rather than average a set of numbers nobody can verify, we show you the eligibility bar and stop there.

Sponsored posts are a paid deal with a brand: you post, they pay a fee you agree on upfront. Creator Rewards is TikTok paying you directly for views on original content, once your account clears the eligibility bar above. TikTok Shop affiliate is a commission on sales made through a product link in your video, LIVE, or shop tab, paid by the seller whose product you tagged. Most creators who make real money on TikTok combine at least two of these, rather than leaning on one.
Your follower count picks a tier, and the tier maps to a published rate range. We use Influencer Marketing Hub's 2026 TikTok rate guide, which doesn't break rates down further by views or engagement, so neither of those inputs moves the number here. In a real negotiation, views matter a lot: two accounts at the same follower count can get a 10x difference in views on the same kind of video, and a brand paying a flat per-post fee is effectively setting their own CPM. If you're on the brand side of that conversation instead, our influencer rate calculator works it from views and CPM.
The formula is views times your conversion rate times average order value times commission rate. Only the commission default here is sourced, and even that is a starting point: individual sellers set their own rate per product, and it's shown on the product page before you tag it. Conversion rate and order value vary hugely by niche and by whether the viewer is already shopping (a LIVE session converts higher than a standalone video, per the same benchmark report). Once you have even a week of your own TikTok Shop Creator Center data, replace both assumptions with your real numbers.
A brand sending you free product instead of a cash fee is a different trade, not a lesser one, as long as the product's value is in the same range as what a paid post would cost. If a brand reaches out with a gift offer and you want to know whether it's fair, or whether to ask for more, our guide on how brands are told to handle a creator's rate ask and gifted post value vs. cash rate cover that from the other side of the deal.
Check a creator's own engagement rate with the free engagement rate calculator, work out a cash rate from views and CPM with the influencer rate calculator, or see every rate benchmark we publish in what is a good CPM for influencer marketing. More tools are on the tools page.
It depends which of the three ways you're earning. A sponsored video runs roughly $50 to $200 for a nano account (1K-10K followers) up to $5,000 to $50,000+ for a celebrity-tier account, per Influencer Marketing Hub's 2026 rate guide. TikTok Shop affiliate earnings depend on your views, conversion rate, and the commission the seller sets. The Creator Rewards Program pays per qualified view, but TikTok has never published a fixed rate, so we don't estimate a number for it.
TikTok doesn't publish a per-view rate. Third-party estimates for the Creator Rewards Program range from about $0.02 to $1.50 or more per 1,000 qualified views depending on the source, content niche, and audience country, which is too wide a spread to turn into a trustworthy number. We explain eligibility below instead of guessing at a payout.
A sponsored post is a paid deal with a brand: you agree on a rate before you post. Creator Rewards is TikTok's own payout program: TikTok pays you directly based on qualified views on original, 1-minute-plus videos, once your account clears the eligibility bar. You can do both on the same account.
A percentage of each sale made through your TikTok Shop video or LIVE, paid by the seller, not TikTok. Hamster Garage's 2026 TikTok Shop affiliate benchmarks put the US average at 13.02%, with category ranges from about 5% (electronics) to 30%+ (beauty, for top-tier creators). Each seller sets their own rate, so treat this as a starting point.
For Creator Rewards, yes: at least 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days, per TikTok's own published eligibility rules. For sponsored posts and TikTok Shop affiliate, there's no official minimum. Smaller accounts earn less per deal, but nano creators can still land sponsored posts and run affiliate links.
By your follower count alone, matched to Influencer Marketing Hub's published tier table. It does not use your views or engagement rate, because our source doesn't publish a views- or engagement-adjusted rate. If your views run well above or below average for your tier, treat the range as a starting point for negotiation, not a quote.
Not in this calculator. We don't publish a “good engagement rate” benchmark (see our engagement rate calculator for why), so we don't have a sourced way to turn engagement into a price adjustment. Engagement is shown here for your own reference: a high rate is still useful leverage in a negotiation, we just won't invent a multiplier for it.
Views × conversion rate × average order value × commission rate. Only the commission default is sourced (by niche, from Hamster Garage's 2026 benchmarks); conversion rate and average order value are assumptions you should replace with your own numbers from TikTok Shop Seller/Creator Center once you have data.
No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Seed or anyone else, and there's no email gate.
Seed is how brands send that gift: a real $0 Shopify draft order, not a discount code. If you've gotten a Seed link before, this is the app behind it.
