Seed's corporate gifting is a feature of our Shopify app for stores that sell gifts to companies. A company buys gifts for its staff or clients from you. You print one-time codes for them. Each recipient enters a code, picks a gift, types their own address, and a real $0 order lands in your Shopify admin.

Codes look like KRMH-7P2X. They avoid look-alike characters (no 0 and O, no 1 and I and L), so people can copy them from a printed card or handwriting.
Every card points to the same page on your own domain. Recipients type their code there. You do not send a new link per order.
You choose which products a campaign offers. The recipient picks one gift. Prices do not appear anywhere on the form.
Set up each buyer as an organisation. Give each one campaigns, for example a 0 to 300 gift level and a 300 to 600 level, with a hand-picked or price-filtered product list.
See which codes are unused, redeemed, disabled or expired. Export a campaign's codes as a CSV to hand to the buyer or the printer.
Map a product variant to a campaign. When an order with that variant is paid, Seed mints the codes automatically, one per unit bought, and emails them to you.
It lets a Shopify store sell gifts to companies and hand each recipient a one-time code instead of collecting addresses by hand.
The recipient enters the code on your store, picks one gift from a set you chose, and types their own address. Seed then creates a real $0 order in your Shopify admin. You ship it. The code stops working after one use. You can group codes by company and gift level, track which are redeemed, and export them as a CSV.
They go to the one gift page on your store, type the code from their card, choose one gift from the set the company bought, and enter their shipping address.
Codes are not case sensitive, and the dash is optional. A wrong code and a code from another store give the same "not recognised" message, so the page cannot be used to guess which codes exist. A used code cannot be used again.
Two ways.
You can create the codes yourself in Seed for an organisation and campaign, then export them as a CSV for printing. Or you can map a product variant to a campaign. When an order containing that variant is paid, Seed mints one code per unit bought and emails the codes to you.
Seed does not take the company's payment. You charge the company however you normally do: checkout, invoice or bank transfer.
Corporate gifting is part of the Corporate plan: $249 per month or $1,999 per year, with a 7-day free trial.
It includes everything in the Seed plan, plus unlimited influencer gift orders. Billing goes through Shopify, and you see the price before you install. See all plans.
Shopify merchants who sell gifts to companies, for the company's staff or clients. It is for the seller, not for the company buying.
Examples: a gift retailer that fills Christmas orders for employers, or a food or home brand that sells client gifts in bulk. A Danish gift retailer, OnlyByGrace, was the first store to run it. Read how they use it.
Yes. The text recipients see is a translatable copy layer. A Danish gift retailer runs the whole flow in Danish, from the code page to the gift form.
The merchant writes or approves the translation. Seed does not machine translate a recipient-facing gift flow.
It is not a swag-sourcing marketplace, and Seed does not sell to the company. You do.
The mechanism differs. Tools like Send To Many, Yakk and Giftship are built around one buyer sending gifts to many addresses the buyer supplies.
Seed gives each recipient a one-time code. The recipient picks their own gift and types their own address. The buyer never collects addresses, and the gift can fit the person. We have not compared prices, so check each app's listing for its current cost.
