Done for you creator gifting

We run your creator gifting for you

From $299/month, 30 creators get your product. You approve the orders in Shopify and ship them. That is your part.

Check if we have a slot

No contract. We take 3 to 5 brands at a time.

You already know gifting works

The problem was never the idea. It is that the work looks like this.

  • You have creators saved in an Instagram collection, a Notes list and a spreadsheet, and no single place that says who you already messaged.
  • You sent thirty DMs, got two replies, and quietly decided gifting does not work for your brand.
  • Someone said yes three weeks ago and you still do not have their address.
  • You are retyping addresses out of DM threads into Shopify, one order at a time.
  • You hired a VA for this, and now your Monday is spent checking their DMs.
  • Boxes went out two months ago and nobody has followed up with any of those creators.
  • The whole thing stops the week you are away.

That is roughly six hours a week, it is the dullest job in the company, and it is the first thing that gets dropped the moment something urgent happens. We do that part instead, every week, whether or not your week went badly.

Scroll the table sideways

The comparison that matters is the VA one, because that is what most founders actually do. You hire someone at $900 a month, you spend six weeks teaching them your product and your taste in creators, they get good at it, and then they leave and you do the six weeks again. We cost less than that and there is nothing to teach.

An in house influencer coordinator runs about $57,500 a year. Statusphere, the closest thing to what we do, starts around $3,500 a month and you have to sit through a demo to hear that number.

The price, since nobody else will tell you theirs

Every month
$299/mo

30 creators get your product. No setup fee. Cancel whenever you like.

Most of this industry makes you book a call to hear a number. That wastes your afternoon, so there it is.

On why it is not more: we take 3 to 5 brands at a time, because real people do this work and we would rather do it properly for a few than badly for thirty. When those slots are full they are full.

Before you go further, what this actually is

Influencer marketing means about five different things, so here is exactly which one this is. Everything below is gifting. No creator is paid a fee, by you or by us.

What this is
  • Barter gifting. You send free product, the creator keeps it, and nobody pays a fee
  • Nano, micro and mid tier creators, the people who actually reply and actually post
  • Real creator videos you can repost and run as ads
  • Product cost is your only spend besides our fee
What this is not
  • Paid influencer partnerships. We do not negotiate rates or pay creator fees
  • Celebrity or macro deals with contracts and usage rights
  • An affiliate or ambassador programme with commissions and codes
  • Paid UGC, where you commission and buy the video outright
  • Software you log into and operate yourself

The only money that leaves your account is our fee and the cost of the product you ship. If you are looking for paid partnerships with negotiated rates, we are the wrong people and we will tell you so on the first email.

What we will not promise you

We will not promise you sales. Nobody honestly can.

You send free product to a creator. They might post. They might love it and post twice. They might go quiet. That is how gifting works, and any agency telling you they can guarantee posts or guarantee revenue from gifted product is guessing at best.

The form creators actually fill in. Their branding, their products, their address collection. We run it for them.

We were struggling to get ten gifts out in a month and it was eating our whole week. Now it is fifty a month and we barely touch it. Thirty videos came back in the first two months, and our CPM dropped 62% once we started running the creator videos as ads.

What lands on your side

Creator videos you can run as ads

The reason most brands do this. Real people holding your product, filmed on their phone, which is the creative that keeps working when your studio shots stop. Dr Water put these straight into their ad account and watched CPM fall 62%.

Real orders in your Shopify admin

$0 draft orders with the product, the variant, and the creator's real address already filled in. You open Shopify, you see them sitting there, you approve and ship. Nothing leaves your warehouse without you clicking approve.

A creator list worth having

Sourced for your niche and checked by hand. Not a scraped follower dump.

The outreach, actually sent

Instagram DMs and email, written like a person, sent at a human pace.

Every reply handled

Sizing questions, variant swaps, "is this real", the creator who replies at 1am. We deal with all of it.

Addresses collected properly

The creator picks their product and types their own address on a page carrying your branding. Nobody is retyping addresses out of a DM thread.

Follow ups on the people who got product

We chase. Whether they post is still their call, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

A report at the end

What went out, who posted, what each creator cost you.

What we actually do all day

Most of this is work you would otherwise be doing at 11pm. Here is the whole thing, in order.

  1. Day 0You give us access and we take it from there

Your store and your Instagram. Ten minutes of setup on your side, and it is the last thing we ask you to do until orders show up for approval. You can pull our access any time.

  2. Day 0We agree the creator profile with you

One short conversation. Which products, which sizes, the kind of creator you want next to your brand, and anything that is off limits. This is the only real thinking you do.

  3. Day 1 to 3Our team goes hunting inside the creator marketplace

This is the part you are paying for. We work the Meta creator dashboard and Instagram itself, filtering on category, audience location, real engagement rather than follower count, and who has worked with brands like yours before. Our people talk to creators every day across a lot of accounts, so we already know who is posting well right now, who has gone quiet, and who takes free product and disappears.

  4. Day 1 to 7We reach out and we negotiate

Messages go out from your account, because outreach from a real brand gets answered and outreach from a stranger does not. We handle every reply. Sizing questions, shade matching, the ones who ask for money, the ones who reply at 1am. Where it is worth pushing for more than one video, we push.

  5. OngoingCreators pick their product and enter their own address

They do it themselves on a branded page carrying your logo and your products. Nobody is copying addresses out of a DM thread, and nothing gets mistyped.

  6. OngoingOrders land in your Shopify admin for approval

$0 orders, product and variant and address already filled in. You approve and ship. Your inventory, your call, every single time.

  7. Day 7 to 30We chase, collect the videos, and report

We follow up with everyone who received product. You get the videos as they come in, plus a report at the end of what went out, who posted, and what each creator cost you.

Everything that is included

All of it is in the $299/mo. There is no menu and nothing is an add on.

  • Creator sourcing across the Meta creator marketplace and Instagram
  • Filtering on category, audience location and real engagement, not follower count
  • Vetting for who actually posts, checked against what they have delivered for other brands
  • Outreach written and sent from your account
  • Every reply handled, including the awkward ones
  • Negotiation, including pushing for more than one video where it is worth it
  • A branded product picker so creators choose their own item and size
  • Address collection, verified, no retyping
  • Orders prepared in your Shopify admin for one click approval
  • Follow ups on everyone who received product
  • The creator videos, collected and sent to you as they land
  • An end of month report with cost per creator

Do not bother if

  • You need guaranteed posts in a contract. We do not sell that, and we would be suspicious of anyone who does.
  • You do not have a physical product you can ship.
  • You want a dashboard more than you want the work done. Buy software for that. Ours is good.
  • You need 200 creators next week. Wrong size of operator.

Questions people ask

How do we know this is making us money?

You probably will not know cleanly, and we would rather say that than sell you a fake number. Gifted product does not attribute neatly. What we will tell you exactly is what you spent, how many creators got product, and who posted. You decide what that is worth. If somebody promises you clean attributable revenue from free product, ask them how.

What if we ship 30 gifts and get nothing back?

It happens, and it happens to everyone doing this, including the expensive agencies. That risk is the reason it is $299 a month and not a twelve month retainer. Find out cheaply. You are out $299 and some stock, not a year of budget.

Giving you our Instagram feels like a lot.

It is a lot. It is also why the replies come. You can revoke it any time, we never post to your feed, and we only touch DMs. If it is a dealbreaker we would rather you tell us now than sign up unhappy.

What if you put our brand in front of the wrong creators?

Every gift is a draft order you approve before it ships. If a creator looks wrong to you, do not approve it.

Who handles disclosure rules?

We tell creators how to disclose. We do not hand them a gift and hope they figure out the legal bit.

Do we need an influencer program already?

No. For most brands we work with, this is the first one.

Which products should we gift?

Something people can use immediately and photograph easily, at a cost you are relaxed about losing. We will go through it with you.

Can we cancel?

Yes, any time, no notice period. The creator relationships and the data are yours.

Want the 30?

Tell us about your store and we will come back with whether we think this will work for you and which products we would gift. If we do not think it will work, we will say so.

We reply the same day. We take 3 to 5 brands at a time, so if the slots are full we will tell you straight away.
