Sumeet Karwa

Sumeet runs growth at Dr Water, a Shopify brand doing about $2M a year. Gifting used to be a job run out of a DM inbox there — someone copying a creator's address into Shopify by hand, picking the right variant, hoping nothing got typed wrong. He built Seed to fix that on his own store first: one branded link, a real $0 draft order, no coupon codes. Once it held up under Dr Water's own gifting volume, he opened it up to other brands.

He writes the Seed blog from that experience running gifting on a live store, not from theory. Everything published here has either been run on Dr Water's own campaigns or built directly in response to a question from a Seed merchant.
