What is a $0 draft order?
It is a real Shopify draft order, priced at $0, created the moment a creator submits the gift form. It shows up in your admin like any other order, so your team ships it the same way.
Do creators need a coupon code?
No. The order is created at $0 directly, so there is no 100% off code floating around for anyone else to find and use.
Does this change my fulfillment or 3PL?
No. Seed creates a standard Shopify order. Your fulfillment flow, packing slips, and 3PL integration all work exactly as they do today.
What happens to my data if I leave?
If you uninstall, session data is deleted right away. Order data can be kept for 90 days for your records, then removed. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
How does billing work?
Billing runs through native Shopify billing, charged the same way as your other apps. Free covers up to 50 orders and 3 campaigns with every feature included. See pricing for the paid tiers.
Can I re-gift a creator?
Yes. Their details are already on file, so sending them a new campaign or product is one click, not a new round of DMs.
