How gift orders flow through Shopify. The draft/live switch and order hygiene toggles.

Settings → Shopify controls how a claimed gift becomes an order in your Shopify admin. whether it lands as a draft you review first or completes automatically, and a handful of order-hygiene toggles that apply to every campaign.

**1. Keep orders in draft**

If off, orders complete automatically in Shopify. Turn on if you want to review every gift order before it ships.

Default: Off

**2. Hide sold-out products**

Hides sold-out variants and products from your gift forms, so a creator can't pick something you can't fulfill.

Default: Off

**3. Hide draft products**

Products set to Draft or Archived in Shopify won't show on your gift forms.

Default: Off

**4. Internal order note**

Sent to Shopify on every gift order as an internal note. Only your team sees this. creators never see it.

Default: Blank

**5. Include billing address**

Gift orders are billed to your brand, not the creator. When this is on, your store's billing address goes on every gift order as the order's billing address.

Default: Off

**6. Add shipping method**

Appends a free shipping line (for example "Paczkomat InPost") to every order so your fulfillment process picks the right carrier.
