Turn on automatic Instagram and TikTok tracking for gifted creators, and set how often Seed checks.

Settings → Post tracking controls whether Seed automatically checks each gifted creator's Instagram and TikTok for a post about your brand, and how often. This is what feeds the [Results tab](https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/new-app-tour).

> **Beta:** Requires a (Starter+) or higher plan. On Free, this panel is visible with a locked badge and the controls disabled.

**1. Track creator posts automatically**

When on, Seed checks each creator's Instagram and TikTok after their gift arrives, with no manual work from you.

Default: On

**2. How often**

**Standard (recommended)**

. Daily for 14 days after delivery, then twice a week until day 60.

**Light**

. Every 3 days, then weekly until day 60.

Default: Standard

**3. Brand handles**

Shows your connected Instagram and TikTok handles (for example "@yourbrand on Instagram, not set on TikTok"), used to tell your own posts apart from a creator's. Click

to update them from the Results tab.
