# Settings: Emails

Every email Seed sends on your behalf, who gets it, when it fires, and how to route creator replies to you.

Settings → Emails lists every email Seed sends on your behalf (to creators and to you) and lets you turn each one on or off, set where creator replies land, and send yourself a test. Shopify's own order-confirmation and shipping-notification emails are separate and controlled in Shopify admin, not here.

## Creator email routing

**1. Reply-To address**

Where a creator's reply lands if they respond to any of the emails below, for example "can I swap the flavour?". Set this to your own address so replies reach you.

Default: Blank (replies go to Seed support)

**2. Cc**

An address copied on every creator email. Useful for a shared team inbox.

Default: Blank

**3. Bcc**

An address blind-copied on every creator email.

Default: Blank

## Creator emails, default timeline

Applies to every campaign that hasn't set its own Confirmed email. Each step is a toggle (on by default), and the subject line preview is shown in the timeline.

**4. Confirmed**

Sends the moment a gift is claimed. Subject preview: "Your gift is confirmed! 🎁"

Default: On

**5. Shipped**

Sends when the order ships. Subject preview: "Your gift is on the way! 📦"

Default: On

**6. Delivered**

Sends on delivery, then a check-in a few days later. Subject preview: "Your gift arrived, excited for the video? 🎬"

Default: On

**7. Ask for post**

Sends a few days after delivery if there's still no post. Subject preview: "Don't forget , share your gift! ✨"

Default: On

**8. Thank you**

Sends after a creator submits a post. Subject preview: "thanks for posting about your gift"

Default: On

**9. Send test email**

Sends the current default Confirmed email to your store's contact address, so you can see exactly what a creator receives. Limited to 2 per 24 hours, shared with each campaign's own Email tab.

Default: None

To edit a single campaign's Confirmed email instead of the shop-wide default, use that campaign's own Email tab.

## Post reminders

> **Beta:** Requires a (Starter+) or higher plan. On Free, these controls are visible but disabled.

Fully automatic nudges to creators who haven't posted yet, on a schedule you control. Reminders stop as soon as a creator posts, or the gift is marked not posted. Measured from the same delivery clock as Results.

**10. Day 7 / Day 14 / Day 30 after delivery**

Three independent toggles. Turn on any combination of reminder days.

Default: Off

**11. Subject**

The reminder email's subject line. Supports placeholders (see below).

Default: Seed's default subject

**12. Body**

The reminder email's body. Placeholders:

`{creator_name}`

,

`{brand_name}`

,

`{product}`

,

`{submit_link}`

. The submit link always gets included even if you remove the placeholder.

Default: Seed's default body

**13. Preview**

Shows the rendered subject and body with sample values, so you can check the copy before it goes out for real.

Default: None

## Emails to you

**14. Daily digest**

Sends daily at 01:00 UTC. One summary of new gifts, deliveries and requests waiting on you.

Default: On

**15. Pending alert**

Sends when a gift request needs your approval, or a plan limit is hit.

Default: On

**16. Double-order alert**

Sends when a possible repeat address on an open link is waiting for your review.

Default: On

**17. Weekly posts digest**

Sends weekly, Monday 09:00 UTC. New creator posts about your brand, with totals.

Default: On

**18. Post alert**

Sends when a creator's first post is found or submitted. Never more than 5 a day; any overflow rolls into the weekly digest instead.

Default: On
