# Plans and limits

What Free, Starter, and Seed each unlock, and how the order and campaign caps work.

Seed has three plans: (Free), (Starter+), and (Seed+). They differ mainly on volume; every plan gets the same core gifting flow.

## The plans

**1. Free**

A trial, not a monthly allowance: the cap is on total orders ever placed on this install, and it does not reset. Shows "Powered by Seed" on the gift form.

Default: 5 gift orders (lifetime), 1 campaign

**2. Starter**

Removes "Powered by Seed" branding, and unlocks per-creator gift links, re-gifting, and post tracking.

Default: 50 orders/month, unlimited campaigns

**3. Seed**

Everything Starter has, with no monthly order cap.

Default: unlimited orders/month, unlimited campaigns

## What's the same on every plan

Creator CRM, embedding the gift form on your own site, Klaviyo integration, CSV exports, approval-required campaigns, re-gifting, and gift-link controls are all available on every plan today. Plans differ on volume (orders/month, campaigns), not on which features exist.

## Post tracking (Results tab)

## What happens at the limit

Hitting your campaign's own order cap (a per-campaign setting, separate from your plan) shows the creator the "gift link is no longer available" card, see [the gift form](https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/creator-gift-form).

Hitting your _plan's_ monthly or lifetime order cap is different: the creator still gets a success message, but the order is queued instead of created immediately. It's created the moment you approve it from the pending queue, nothing is lost, it just waits for you (or for your cycle to reset, or for you to upgrade).

## FAQ

**What happens when a shop is over its plan's order limit?**
The creator still sees a success screen ("Thanks! The brand will be in touch shortly to confirm your gift"), but no draft order is created yet. It's held for you to approve once you're back under your limit, from the app's pending queue.
