# Plans & billing

What Free, Starter and Seed each include, how upgrading works, and how billing is handled.

Plans & billing lives inside Settings (or at the standalone `/app/plans` page) and shows the same three plan cards everywhere Seed asks you to pick a plan. onboarding's plan step and here render identically.

## The plans

**1. Free**

5 gift orders as a one-time lifetime trial, 1 campaign. Includes the creator CRM, embeddable forms, and Klaviyo sync. Shows Seed branding on your form. No per-creator single-use links, no recurring/re-gifting, no post tracking.

Default: $0/mo

**2. Starter**

50 gift orders per month, unlimited campaigns. No Seed branding on your form. Adds per-creator single-use links, recurring gifts & re-gifting, and automatic post tracking (Results tab).

Default: $19/mo

**3. Seed**

Unlimited gift orders, unlimited campaigns. Everything in Starter.

Default: $49/mo

Every plan card lists its order limit, campaign limit, and any extra features it unlocks with a checkmark. The plan you're currently on shows a **Current plan** badge instead of a button.

## Upgrading

**4. Upgrade to Starter / Upgrade to Seed**

Starts a Shopify-billed subscription. If you're already on a paid plan, the button reads

**Switch to {plan}**

instead. Clicking it takes you to Shopify's own Approve screen to confirm the charge. Seed never asks for card details directly.

Default: None

**5. Continue on Free**

Only shown during onboarding's plan step. Keeps you on Free without any charge.

Default: None

## The fine print

**6. Billing disclosure**

All charges are handled securely via Shopify Billing. Switching plans won't reset your order count. Orders already used this month count toward your new plan's limit. You can cancel any time by switching to Free or uninstalling the app.

**7. Refund Policy link**

Opens Seed's refund policy in a new tab.

Default: None

> **Tip:** Every paid tier ships the same features. Plans differ only on order and campaign volume, never on which features you get.

## FAQ

**What happens to my order count if I switch plans?**
Switching plans doesn't reset your order count. Orders already used this billing period count toward your new plan's limit.

**How do I cancel?**
Switch to the Free plan at any time, or uninstall the app. Either cancels your subscription.
