# How do I refresh my results?

Manually check for new posts and updated metrics instead of waiting for the next scheduled check.

Results checks automatically on the schedule described in [how post tracking works](https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/how-post-tracking-works), but you can trigger a check on demand too. Available on (Starter+) plans.

1. Open [Results](https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/results).
2. Click **Refresh now** in the page header. It looks for new posts across all your campaigns and pulls fresh metrics for posts already found.
3. While it's running, the button reads **Checking…** and the page subtitle changes to "Checking now… new numbers usually land within a few minutes." The page checks for results automatically every 15 seconds while a refresh is in progress.

> **Note:** **Refresh now** has a 6-hour cooldown per shop. While it's on cooldown, the button is disabled and shows when it's available again. Automatic checks keep running in the background either way.

To refresh just one post instead of everything, open a campaign's results page, find the creator's row, open its action menu, and choose **Refresh this post**, this uses the same shared cooldown as **Refresh now**.
