# Home Source: https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/home Updated: 2026-09-24 The Home tab: your date-range stats, Recent Campaigns, and Recent Activity feed. Home is the first tab you land on. It shows how many gift orders moved through your campaigns in a chosen window, your most recent campaigns, and a feed of everything that happened recently. A gift order placed, approved, delivered, or a creator's post found. ## Date range **1. Date range selector** A row of buttons ( **1D** , **7D** , **15D** , **30D** ), that sets the window for every stat card and for the Recent Activity feed below. It does not affect Recent Campaigns' list of which campaigns show, only the "+N" order deltas next to them. Your choice is carried in the page's URL, so the Campaigns list opens to the same range if you switch tabs. Default: 30D ## Stat cards Five cards, each a plain count of orders that reached that stage within the selected date range, not a running funnel of the range's starting number. An order counts for "Approved" the moment it's approved even if it was placed before the window started, as long as the approval itself happened inside the window (the same logic applies to Delivered). **2. Active campaigns** How many of your campaigns are currently **Active** (not paused, not archived). Doesn't depend on the date range. Default: 0 **3. Gift orders placed** Gift orders created within the date range, across every campaign. Default: 0 **4. Gift orders approved** Of the orders placed in the window, how many were approved (turned into a real Shopify draft order) within that same window. Hover the info icon for the exact counting rule: it counts orders that reached this stage within the window, including ones placed earlier. It is not a breakdown of "Gift orders placed." Default: 0 **5. In transit** Orders placed in the window that have been approved but not yet marked delivered, a live snapshot, not a dated event, so it never appears as its own row in Recent Activity below. Default: 0 **6. Delivered** Orders that were marked delivered within the window, regardless of when they were originally placed. Default: 0 > **Tip:** A draft order becomes a real Shopify order the moment it's approved, see [how zero-dollar draft orders work](https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/zero-dollar-draft-orders). ## Recent Campaigns **7. Recent Campaigns card** Shows up to 3 campaigns, newest first, each with its product photo, name, status badge, order count (with a "+N" green delta for orders placed in the selected date range), and quick actions. Copy link, open link, edit, and a pause/active toggle. Default: Your 3 most recently created campaigns **8. New Campaign button** Opens the campaign-creation wizard at `/app/campaigns/new` . Default: None If you have no campaigns yet, the card shows "No campaigns yet. Create your first to start sending gift links." with a **Create Campaign** button in its place. ## Recent Activity **9. Filter by status** A dropdown that narrows the feed below to one event type: **All** , **Gift order placed** , **Gift order approved** , **Delivered** , or **Content posted** . Filtering happens instantly in your browser, it doesn't reload the page or change the date range. Default: All **10. Activity feed** Every event within the selected date range, newest first: the creator's handle or name, how long ago it happened, a product thumbnail, and a colored status badge. Some rows carry a next-action button. **Review** on a newly placed order (goes to Gift Orders), **Track** on an approved one (opens the order in Shopify admin), or **View** on a posted one (opens the creator's post). A row whose post was found automatically rather than submitted by the creator shows a small "Found automatically" sub-label, see [how post tracking works](https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/how-post-tracking-works) . Default: Empty until something happens If nothing has happened yet, the feed says "Nothing yet, activity shows up here as gifts move." If a filter matches nothing, it says "No activity matches that filter." > **Tip:** When a new creator post is found while you're on Home or Gift Orders, you'll see a one-time toast ("N new creator posts found), see Results." It only fires once per batch of new posts. ## FAQ **Why don't my Home numbers match my Campaigns list?** Home's stat cards and Recent Activity are scoped to whichever date range you pick (1D/7D/15D/30D). A campaign's own orders total on the Campaigns list is all-time, not limited to that window.
