### What is a $0 draft order?

It's a real Shopify draft order, priced at $0 with a 100% discount, created the moment a creator submits the gift form. It's completed into a normal order automatically, so it shows up in your admin like any other order and your team ships it the same way. ### Do creators need a coupon code?

No. The order is created at $0 directly on each line item, so there's no 100%-off code floating around for anyone else to find and use.

### Does this change my fulfillment or 3PL?

### What happens to my data if I leave?

If you uninstall, your session data is deleted immediately. Order data may be retained for up to 90 days after uninstall for your records, per the privacy policy. ### How does billing work?

Billing runs through native Shopify billing, charged the same way as your other apps. Free covers up to 5 gift orders and 1 campaign. Automatic post tracking is on Starter and up. ### Can I re-gift a creator?

Yes. Their details are already on file, so sending them a new campaign or product is one click, not a new round of DMs.

### Does a creator need a Shopify account or to check out to receive a gift?

No. They never see a cart or checkout. They pick a product and type their address on [the gift form](https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/creator-gift-form); Seed creates the $0 order for them.

### What languages can a creator use on the gift form?

English, Spanish, and French. There's no switcher on the form itself, the language comes from the link you send: copy a per-language link from [the campaign editor's Advanced tab](https://www.seedinfluencers.com/help/campaign-editor-advanced#preview-share-by-language), or set a store-wide default. It translates Seed's own labels and buttons; anything you wrote yourself (campaign name, product names, your terms text) stays in the language you wrote it in unless you also add a translated copy override.

### What happens if my shop is over its plan's order limit when a creator submits?

### Do I need to set up anything for fulfillment to work?
