# The "share your post" page

The page a creator opens from their post-reminder email to paste their Instagram or TikTok link.

Each gift order gets its own private, single-use link (`/submit-post/<token>`) that Seed emails the creator after their order ships. It's how a creator without automatic post detection (or one who just wants to make sure you see their post), tells you directly where it is. ## Before submitting

**1. Heading**

Fixed copy, not campaign-specific.

Default: "Share your post 📸"

**2. Greeting**

Pulls the creator's first name from their shipping address and the campaign name from the original order.

Default: "Hey {creator's first name}! We hope you loved your {campaign name} gift. Paste your Instagram or TikTok post link below."

**3. Your post URL**

A single URL input. Accepts an

`instagram.com`

,

`instagr.am`

, or

`tiktok.com`

link. Anything else is rejected with

**Please enter an Instagram or TikTok URL**

. Leaving it blank shows

**Please paste your post URL**

.

Default: empty, required

**4. Submit My Post button**

Saves the link against this gift order and fires the confirmation screen below. Also sends you (the merchant), a notification (subject to your per-gift/per-day alert limits) and, if post-tracking metrics are on your plan, kicks off pulling view/like counts for that post.

Default: "Submit My Post →" ("Submitting..." while saving)

## After submitting

**1. Heading**

Shown both right after a successful submit and on any later visit to the same link, the page detects the order already has a post URL saved and shows this instead of the form again.

Default: "You're amazing!"

**2. Body text**

Not editable per campaign.

Default: "Thanks for sharing your {campaign name} post, {first name}. The team is going to love it!"

> **Tip:** This page carries no Seed or brand navigation. It's meant to be opened once from an email link and closed. There's no way for a creator to browse from here to anything else on your store or in Seed.

## FAQ

**Can a creator submit their post twice?**
No. Once a post URL is recorded for a gift, re-visiting the same link shows the thank-you screen instead of the form. It doesn't overwrite the first link.
