After a creator taps Confirm & Submit and it succeeds, they land on a confirmation screen right there in the browser. They also get one or more emails from you as the order moves through fulfillment, this article covers both.

On-screen confirmation

Can be replaced with a custom icon or image through your brand's form theme.

Default: 🎁 in a soft accent-color circle

2Heading
Replaceable per campaign with your own heading (Advanced tab).

Default: "You're all set!"

3Message
Replaceable per campaign with your own message. If the order instead went to a review queue. see the note below. This is swapped for a message about what actually happened and your own override is not shown, so the creator is never told an order was placed when it wasn't yet.

Default: "Thanks, {name}! Your gift order has been placed." and "The brand will fulfil your order and you'll receive it shortly."

4Call-to-action button
An optional button (custom label + URL) you can add per campaign, e.g. "Follow us on Instagram". Only shown when you've set both a label and a valid http(s) URL.

Default: hidden

5Redirect
Instead of showing this screen at all, a campaign can redirect the creator straight to a URL you choose the moment their order is placed. Only applies to a normal "order placed" result. never overrides the review-queue message below.

Default: off

6Social links
Instagram / TikTok links from your brand's socials settings, shown as small text links under the message.

Default: hidden unless your brand settings include them

Emails the creator receives

These come from Seed on your behalf, not from Shopify's own order-confirmation emails (the draft order is created without Shopify's customer notification, so this is the creator's only confirmation unless you also email them yourself).

1Order confirmed
Subject "Your gift is confirmed! 🎁" by default. Lets the creator know their gift is being prepared, and mentions your ships-in timeframe if you've set one. You can replace this entire email's subject, sender name, and body from the campaign's confirmation-email settings; disable it per campaign entirely.

Default: sent immediately once the draft order is created

2Shipping notification
Subject "Your gift is on the way! 📦". Includes tracking info when Shopify's fulfillment has a tracking number attached.

Default: sent when the order is fulfilled in Shopify

3Post reminderStarter+
A nudge asking the creator to share their post, with a link to the post-submission page. Timing and whether it sends at all are controlled by your post-tracking settings, see how post tracking works.

Default: sent a few days after delivery, if enabled

4Post thank-you
Confirms their post link was received.

Default: sent right after the creator submits their post link
