The Products tab controls which products a creator can pick from, how many they can take, and how the product list looks on the gift form.

Products

1Select Products / Change Products
Opens Shopify's product picker to choose which products creators can select from. The button reads Select Products when none are chosen yet, or Change Products once you've picked at least one.
2Add from collection
Adds every product currently in a Shopify collection you pick, as a one-time copy, it does not stay in sync if the collection changes later. If a collection has more products than can be loaded in one go, a warning banner tells you only the first batch was added.
3Product list
Each selected product, in the order creators will see it, with up/down arrows to reorder and a Remove link.

Limits

4Max items per order
How many items a single creator can take in one order. Options: 1, 2, 3, 5, or Unlimited.

Default: 1 item

5Max total orders (optional)
A cap on how many orders this campaign will accept in total, across every creator. Seed suggests setting it to 2–3× the number of creators you plan to invite, in case the link gets shared beyond who you sent it to.

Default: Unlimited

Costs

Only shown once you've selected at least one product.

6Cost (per product)
An optional per-product cost, used to total your gifting spend later. Pulled from Shopify automatically if set there; edit it here to override for this campaign only.
7Or set one flat average cost for this campaign
A single cost applied to any product above that has no cost set (from Shopify or entered manually).

Display

8Product picker heading
The heading shown above the product list on the gift form.

Default: Select a product

9Show products in a 2-column grid
Switches the product layout from a single list to a 2-column grid, better for a more visual catalogue; the list suits longer product names.

Default: Off (list)

10Show newest products first
Reverses the product order so the most recently added product shows first.

Default: Off

11Let creators choose a quantity
Adds a quantity dropdown to each product. The dropdown's ceiling is set on the Advanced tab (Quantity dropdown goes up to); the order is still capped by Max items per order above either way.

Default: Off

12Hide draft products
Leaves out any selected product that isn't published on your storefront.

Default: Off
