# Campaign editor: overview

The campaign editor's header (name, status, share links, and autosave), and how the tabs are laid out.

Opening a campaign from the Campaigns list takes you to its editor. This article covers the header (the parts that show above the tabs on every tab), and how the tabs themselves are organized. Each tab has its own article.

## Header

**1. Campaign name and status badge**

The campaign's name, as set on the

**Basics**

tab, next to a badge showing its status:

**active**

. If any gift requests are waiting for your approval, a second badge shows the count and links to

**2. Status toggle**

A switch next to the badge, visible only when the campaign is active or paused. Switching it off pauses the campaign. The gift link stops accepting new orders until you switch it back on. Pausing asks you to confirm first; turning it back on is one click. Orders already placed are unaffected either way.

**3. Your domain link**

The first of two share-link rows. If you've created a Shopify page for this campaign (see the

**Advanced**

tab's

**Your domain link**

card), that page's URL shows here with copy and open buttons. If you haven't, it instead shows

**Use your own domain →**

, which jumps you to the Advanced tab to set one up.

**4. Seed link**

The second row: this campaign's fallback link on Seed's own domain (seedinfluencers.com/gift/<slug>), with copy and open buttons. This link always works, whether or not you've set up a domain link above.

## Tabs

Below the header is a row of tabs: **Basics**, **Products**, **Form fields**, **Review**, and **Emails**. A **More** button opens a dropdown with two more: **Advanced** and **Appearance**. The tab you're on is remembered in the page's URL, so refreshing the page keeps you where you were.

**5. Autosave status**

Below the tabs, right-aligned:

while a change is being written,

**All changes saved**

once it lands, or

**Couldn't save, retrying**

if a save failed (Seed retries automatically once before showing this as a lasting error). There is no Save button anywhere on this page, every field saves itself.

> **Tip:** The right-hand column on every tab (unless your window is narrow) shows a live phone preview of the gift form as your creators will see it, updating as you type.

## Gift orders

At the bottom of the **Basics** tab, a table lists every order placed on this campaign so far: the creator's name, email, the products they picked, and the fulfillment status. It's empty until the first order comes in.

(Starter+) and above also see this campaign's gift orders reflected in Results, with post-tracking numbers if the plan supports it.

## FAQ

**Do I need to click Save?**
No. Every field in the campaign editor saves itself a moment after you stop typing or flip a toggle. The status line at the top right of the tabs tells you when it's done.

**What happens if I pause a campaign?**
The gift link stops accepting new orders until you turn it back on. Orders already placed are not affected.
