# Campaign editor: Basics

The Basics tab. Campaign name, welcome message, hero image, reassurance lines, and CTA text.

The **Basics** tab covers what a creator sees at the very top of your gift form, before they pick a product.

## Details

**1. Campaign name**

The internal name for this campaign. Shows in your Campaigns list and admin, not necessarily on the public form. Required.

**2. Welcome message**

The text shown on the gift form's start page, above the product list. Leave it blank and click

**Use shop default**

to fall back to your shop-wide welcome message (set in Settings → Brand), or type your own for this campaign only.

Default: Hey! We'd love to send you some products. Pick what you'd like below.

**3. Hero image**

An image shown at the top of the gift form. When left blank, the form shows a collage of your selected products' images instead.

## Extra info

Two short reassurance lines shown under the welcome message, each with a checkbox to turn it on or off, an emoji picker, and a text field.

**4. Shipping line**

The first reassurance line. Uncheck it to hide this line entirely.

Default: 📦 Your gift will be shipped once you've submitted your selection.

**5. Free line**

The second reassurance line. Uncheck it to hide this line entirely.

Default: 🆓 Completely free, no payment required.

## CTA and status

**6. CTA button text**

The text on the button a creator clicks to submit their pick.

Default: Choose your gift

**7. Status**

**Active**

. This is the same control as the header's status toggle for Active/Paused. Use this dropdown to set

instead, which the header toggle can't do.
